Where are your linens made?

Our bed and table linens are thoughtfully designed in Connecticut by our Founder Faith M. Kibria and responsibly crafted with premium cotton in Bangladesh. 

What is your promotion code policy?

Promotion codes and discounts cannot be combined. Exclusions apply. Promotion codes, reward points, and automatic sale offers cannot be combined with bundle discounts. 

Promotion codes, vouchers, and other discounts cannot be applied to Final Sale items. Unused applicable promotion codes cannot be honored after an order is placed.

Do you offer price adjustments?

You may request a price adjustment for items purchased at full price within 3 days of the sale price offering by emailing info@pinaforehome.com. If approved, a refund in the amount of the price difference will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

Please keep in mind that price adjustments are not always available.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, we accept Shop Pay and PayPal for all U.S. customers. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update or cancel it. Please contact us at info@pinaforehome.com as soon as possible so we can assist.

How much does shipping cost? 

We are happy to announce that standard shipping for all orders is free! 

There is a premium for expedited shipping that customers can select when making their purchase. This price is set by our carrier and Pinafore Home cannot set, control, or change the rates set by our carrier. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 4-7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Pinafore Home is not liable for packages stolen upon delivery. If a package has gone missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier that is listed in your order or shipping confirmation email. We recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout to increase security on your order.

For orders lost in transit, contact your local post office or delivery service prior to notifying us. We kindly ask that you provide an incident number or claim identification when reaching out to us.

Product Care

How do I care for my sheets and table linens?
To keep your linens soft and long-lasting:

  • Wash in cool or lukewarm water with a gentle detergent
  • Avoid bleach and high heat drying
  • Tumble dry low or air dry

Each product also includes detailed care instructions to preserve texture, longevity, and handfeel.

Returns, Exchanges, + Refunds

How do exchanges work? 

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please email info@pinaforehome.com. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the same return terms.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your linens. If you change your mind, most eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unwashed, in original condition, and in original packaging, with tags attached.

Because we are a small business and handle every order by hand, returns for change of mind will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and restocking costs. 

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item and inspecting it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Is return shipping free?

Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Pinafore Home error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). The return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from the return amount. The cost may be less depending on the actual shipping method and cost. This aligns with industry practice, where return shipping and restocking may apply.

Do you accept opened or washed linens?

Considering the personal nature of bed linens and that we cannot resell washed or used items, we accept returns only if the linens are in brand-new, unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging intact. This is to maintain hygiene and quality. 

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@pinaforehome.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once we authorize your return, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.

What items are not returnable?

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or monogrammed linens
  • Items washed, used, or missing original packaging

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Quality + Satisfaction

What if my linens arrive damaged or incorrect?

In the event that a product arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you send a photo to info@pinaforehome.com within 7 days of delivery along with your order number to help us identify manufacturing flaws, and to share with our supplier and distribution center for quality assurance purposes.

These returns do not incur a restocking fee, and we will cover return shipping in these cases. We'll make it right!
